The title says it all.  We WANT to know what some of the most beautiful people in the world are doing to maintain their gorgeous looks!  So here it is, straight from their mouths.

And that is  it folks.  Use it or leave it.  Personally I agree with all of them.  More some than others. 

We can all agree that the key to looking good is having more that one key.. We’re a complex door with a whole bunch of locks.  These keys are sleep, exercise, eating healthy, vegetarian based diets, water, and being active outdoors.

If you are doing all this and nothing is changing, then you are depriving yourself of vitamins and minerals.  Don’t deprive, don’t diet and don’t let go.  LISTEN to what your body wants.  I still stand with what the Gabriel Method book has taught me.
