Happy Sunday… how has the weekend been?

First and foremost, I’d like to wish our very own Sandylashxx a very happy birthday!

Here are 5 foods which are reap health benefits for your skin

SALMON

Salmon is high in Omega 3’s. They are good-for-you fats. They help soften dry skin by holding in moisture, which will decrease the look of wrinkles in plump skin. So, yes, eat as much sushi as you feel like!

TOMATOES

Eating tomatoes can help block out the suns harmful UV rays – this will help against premature aging and skin cancer. Two in one – could you ask for more??

CITRUS FRUIT

Citrus fruits, like oranges, naartjies and lemons are full of Vitamin C. This not only helps against cold prevention, but will also help fight off wrinkles.

EGGS (SULFUR)
