This past week I was in Pretoria and I purchased many goodies, but also I got many gifts too from my wonderful family. I just thought I’d show you some of the goodies, as I think they will make excellent Christmas gifts. (I normally don’t like showing EVERYTHING I get, because not everybody needs to know what I have.)
However, I’m truly blessed! I have an amazing family! Love them to bits and pieces. I hope that one day I will bless them as much as they’ve blessed me.
Lets get started.
1) MACAROON GIFT
My sister Natalie organized me this macaroon gift set from Modern Packaging, Pretoria Market.
It’s R410,00 and includes:
*48 hole silicone macaroon baking mat
*stainless steel palette knife
*stainless steel balloon whisk
*flexible headed spatula
*11mm stainless steel piping nozzle
*36,5cm reusable nylon piping bag
*64 page recipe book and how-to guide
So if you know someone who likes to bake, this would be a really lovely gift.
2) WILTON’S CAKE DECORATING BOOK
Another gift from my sister Natalie. Since I really enjoy making cakepops, I’d really like to start making some cakes too. You know, one day when I have kids, I’ll be able to make their birthday cakes with love.
Not only does it show you recipes, how to’s and ideas. It shows you everything needed for cake decorating on the Wilton’s site. EVERYTHING!
I’m not sure how much this book cost, but I think it’s less than R200,00 for sure.
Most baking shops have Wilton books, but she bought this one also at Modern Packaging.
3) LOVE MILO EXPRESSO CUP SET
Omg!!! I fell in love with these at Weylandts Brooklyn Mall and my aunt got them for me and my fiancé! We both love coffee, but he enjoys a rich expresso every now and again.
But this LOVE MILO brand is amazing! The cups have “ants” on them and the saucers are made out of wood. It’s so beautiful!
So there you have it. Three great Christmas gift ideas.
