Let me tell you about the most delicious hot chocolate! It’s called Skinny Hot Chocolate by NoMU.
Some of my closest family and friends know that I’m going to a dietitian in Pretoria. The AMAZING Amanda Kuit. And STOP right there if you cringed at the word ‘dietitian’. It’s not about losing weight, it’s about being healthy. And if you are healthy, you’ll see the uneccessary weight come off. This is NOT a starvation diet, in actual fact I’m eating much more than I have before. My jaw has never worked so much in its life! I’m on a Thyroid diet, as I have an auto-immune disease which causes me to have abnormally high amounts of anti-bodies in my blood which affects my thyroid, as it does my sisters and mom.
Anyway, because its winter, a nice hot cup of tea or coffee is always welcome. But normally ‘chocolate-like’ hot drinks and those containing malts can be extremely fattening. Until now. NoMU’s hot chocolate is Amanda Kuit approved! And it’s yummilicious!
HOW TO DRINK: Add 1 heaped teaspoon (10ml) of NoMU Skinny Hot Chocolate powder to a tablespoon (15ml) of milk and stir to combine. Top up with hot water or cold skimmed milk, stir and enjoy!
I just had my delicious cup, and I just and to blog about it. And FYI, I’ve been on my thyroid diet for 4 weeks and I will blog about it soon. It’s the best thing I’ve done in my life! Apart from many other things hahaha, but health is uber important to me. There is no way I’m doing to pop pills for diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, cholesterol and other diseases! Amanda and her practice has in actual fact, saved my life. Thank you Amanda and team! And a HUGE thanks to my sister and brother in law for allowing us to take this step!
